Yes. We are fully licensed and insured and happy to provide documentation if needed.
Do I need a home inspection?
Absolutely! Unless you have an advanced understanding of all the systems listed above, then we would highly recommend a home inspection. A home inspection can save you thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs down the road!
Do I need to be present during my home inspection?
No, you do not have to be present during the home inspection, but it is encouraged as it will allow you to ask questions as we go. If you are not present, we will give you a call and go over a summary with you to give you a chance to ask any questions.
How long does a home inspection take?
Home inspections on average last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. A thorough and complete home inspection cannot be rushed.
How Do I Receive the Home Inspection Report?
If you choose to be present during the home inspection, a verbal summary will be given to you in person. This is a great time to ask us any questions or concerns you may have. Following our inspection, a detailed home inspection report will be created and emailed to you. The report will incorporate several pictures and basic verbiage for you to understand.
